Machine Learning Car AI

This is a machine learning AI I created that learns to drive around different tracks. The objective for this project was to test the difficulty of different tracks. The AI works by using RayCasts to detect how close the walls are in multiple directions and teaches itself to act accordingly. Only the best from each generation are used to create the next generation.

Demolition Derby

A demolition derby game developed within Unreal Engine with a small team. I mainly focused on the gameplay programming, developing main features such as the damage system.

Sphere Collision

This is a physics simulation project looking at real time sphere collision within a 3D space.

Real Time Graphics

Real time graphics using OpenGl within Visual Studio. This project includes multiple light sources with varying colours, multiple different models, a togglable anti-aliasing effect and partial shadow mapping.

Game Engine

A zombie survival game built within a game engine which I built using Visual Studio.

RTS Machine Learning AI

For my Masters final year project I created a real time strategy game, with a machine learning AI which improves after each round.

This is me when I am not making or playing games.

I have been playing games since as early as I can remember, all through school I would get up early before school to play on the Xbox then play after school until it was time for bed. I have always wanted to create games and have always been fascinated with coding. When I am not sat in front of a screen I am usually playing rugby or socialising in a pub somewhere.
